The New Career Makers ranks him among the top fifteen search consultants currently active in senior-level, general management recruiting in the U.S.  His early career was spent in the human resources function at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, and as a manager and executive search consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick.  His B.A. is from Northwestern University, and he earned a Masters in Industrial Relations from Loyola University at Chicago.

James G. Hogg, 
Was President and Founder of Whittlesey & Associates, Inc., a well known Philadelphia based retained Executive Search Consulting Firm, and has over 30 years of experience in the human resources profession with particular focus on the staffing and leadership development fields. His consulting work has taken him into blue chip companies like P&G, GE, IBM, AT&T, 3M, Xerox, Texas Instruments, Microsoft, Scott Paper, and Kimberly Clark as well lesser known organizations Prior to founding Whittlesey & Associates, Jim spent 13 years with Scott Paper now (Kimberly Clark) where he started his career in sales, headed up National College Recruiting/Relations, managed Staffing and Development for a major Division, and led Human Resources Planning for the Corporation..  Jim was a past Chairman of the Learning Forum of the Paper Industry Management Association. and is a graduate of Hobart College.

Rita Green,
As an executive search consultant with a passion for "stuff" that can be touched and seen, Rita established her practice representing manufacturing companies.  Recently, she has extended her representation to private equity and venture capital firms who invest in the manufacturing sector.  Rita's reputation for excellence has been defined by her attention to detail, respect for everyone involved in the search process and her current knowledge of industry trends.  Previously, Rita was associated with R.Green & Associates, Inc., a firm that she founded. Prior to that, she was affiliated with a large regional Ohio firm.  She has a BS from Ohio State University.
