His consulting work has taken him into blue chip companies like P&G, GE, IBM, AT&T, 3M, Xerox, Texas Instruments, Microsoft, Scott Paper, and Kimberly Clark as well lesser known organizations Prior to founding Whittlesey & Associates, Jim spent 13 years with Scott Paper now (Kimberly Clark) where he started his career in sales, headed up National College Recruiting/Relations, managed Staffing and Development for a major Division, and led Human Resources Planning for the Corporation.. Jim was a past Chairman of the Learning Forum of the Paper Industry Management Association. and is a graduate of Hobart College.
